Who are we?

Barb, Owner
Barb is married and the mother of two daughters. She has been involved in the floral industry for nearly thirty years and opened the Flower Cart in 1998. Currently, she is the past President of the Teleflora Ohio Buckeye Unit. Barb is involved in community organizations; serving in the Carlisle Area Chamber of Commerce, as an Assistant Band Director with the Carlisle High School Marching Indians, as well as the Long-Range Financial Planning Committee for Carlisle Local Schools. In her free time she enjoys hang gliding and water-skiing. |

Beth, Floral Designer
Beth is a wonderful, bubbly personality who interacts well with our customers. She is also a skilled designer and Ohio Certified Florist. She is the Retail Florist representative to Ohio Floriculture Association. A recipient of Teleflora's Ohio Buckeye Unit scholarship, Beth attended the Teleflora Education Center in Oklahoma City. Beth has three children, one son-in-law, two grandsons, Dominic and Carter. In her free time, Beth enjoys singing and acting in local theatre productions. She has an incredible singing voice and we enjoy having our personal vocalist on staff!

Jerry, Delivery Driver
Jerry has recently joined the Flower Cart as our delivery driver. It is his responsibility to efficiently route the daily deliveries and ensure that your floral gift arrives in a timely manner and in perfect condition. In addition, Jerry is our “Handy Man Project” coordinator. In his free time, he enjoys trying new foods, taking vacations with his wife, Betty, and watching football. |

Oreo, Resident Kitty
And a mighty fine one at that! Our shop cat meets and greets customers. He firmly believes that every person who enters our shop comes solely to visit with him. Oreo will roll over on his back and wait for his tummy to be rubbed. He has been with us for six years. |
